The OpenSolaris Charter has been approved and the OpenSolaris Constitution is currently under development. With the approval of the OpenSolaris Charter, the current CAB actually becomes the first OpenSolaris Governing Board (OGB) until new elections can be held. All governance proposals will be debated, iterated, and ratified in public, and community members can participate in those conversations by subscribing to the governance discussion list.
